VISFORM EVO 65

VISFORM EVO 65 is a transparent, almost colorless and light odor evanishing fluid, suitable for operations where evaporation is required upon application. It is typically intended for use in the blanking, punching and drawing of aluminium and thin steel sheet stamping as well as fin drawing. Composed of de-aromatized hydrocarbon solvent, it contains special additives to improve lubrication and anti-wear properties to protect the dies.

Properties
•Evaporates completely leaving no residue on the fins and metal parts.
•Does not stain on aluminium, copper and yellow metals.
•Does not require post cleaning.
• Increases die and punch life.
•Provides less down time.
•Has degreasing effect.
Application
VISFORM EVO 65 can be used in the following applications;
• Aluminium fin stamping for heat exchangers with collars.
• Stainless steel and non-ferrous fin stamping, forming and drawing.
• Stainless steel and non-ferrous tube bending, cutting and expanding.

Packaging and Storage Should be stored sealed under normal storage conditions. Shelf life in original package and at room temperature is 3 years. Available in 20 LT and 208 LT drums and 1000 LT IBCs. Health and Work Safety Normal safety precautions (i.e. gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling. Avoid eye and prolonged skin contact. Wash thoroughly after handling material.
